We understand that this is a stressful time for everybody. We ask everyone to be patient and respectful towards all staff members. Any aggressive and/or abusive behaviour towards staff members will not be tolerated.
Although isolation and mask mandates have recently changed, our policy at MVFP is that all patients and staff are still required to WEAR A MASK when visiting our premises.
Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, running nose, shortness of breath, change in taste or smell, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, headache, muscle pain) MUST have a negative PCR test before entering the surgery. If you have these symptoms a phone consultation can be arranged for you.
