Billing
All concession card holders, pensioners, and children under the age of 16 are bulk billed.
For privately billed patients, we request full payment of accounts on the day and offer instant return of your Medicare rebate to your savings or cheque account via our Tyro system.
The average gap fee for most consultations is $30, however individual Doctor’s fees may vary. For your Doctor’s updated detailed fee structure, please ask at reception.
Appointments
Standard appointments are 10 or 15 min, with longer appointments available with most doctors on request. We know your time is valuable and we do our best to keep our doctors running on schedule. If we are running late we will advise you on arrival. We appreciate a call if you have been held up.
Test Results
Most test results are available over the phone, your doctor will advise if their is any need for a follow-up appointment.
